Love, Anyway

Loving, anyway, is just another way we can "show up" consistently in our every day lives. What does it mean to do this? What's that look like?

• Offer a smile to those you come in contact with.
• Know and stick to the facts.
• Empathize. 
• Let people have their own reactions.
• Pick  your battles.

To love, anyway, is to redefine gratitude. Loving, anyway opens up our eyes to see opportunities we may have previously been blind to and it's a simple way to demonstrate the love of the father to others. 

I'm often revisiting the phrase "show up" because that action can be the most challenging to perform on any given day. 

The timing of things isn't adding up to what you expected it to be? Love, anyway.

You're frustrated because things are uncertain? Love, anyway.

It's unfair for your friends and loved ones to be at the brunt of your emotions. They may not understand your reactions or experiences, but if they haven't intentionally hurt you, I challenge you to love, anyway.  They will love you more for it. Your heart will be softer (hey your skin might clear up to..haha!)
